Lisa Clement, Director
Lisa has been dancing for the past 31 years with training in tap, jazz, ballet and lyrical. She has studied at various dance studios over the years, including the Conservatory of Dance, Broadway Academy and was a member of the Tapsichore Dance Company with Laverne Krei for 3 years. During her dancing career, Lisa performed at numerous competitions, Disneyland, Sacramento Kings games, as well as Paramount’s Great America. Lisa successfully completed dance teacher training with Laverne Krei and is currently going on her 14th year teaching tap. She taught at the Conservatory of Dance for 2 years, the Sacramento Starletts for 3 years, Carrie’s Studio of Dance for 7 years, and Perpetual Motion Academy of Performing Arts for one year. Lisa is starting her 10th year of studio ownership, the first 5 as the Co-Owner and Tap Director of Cast and Company Dance Alliance. In addition to directing Precision Dance Center, Lisa also works full-time as a GIS Manager at AECOM, a Fortune 500 environmental consulting/engineering firm. Lisa graduated from UC Davis in 1999 with a BS in Environmental and Resource Sciences and a minor in GIS. While Lisa enjoys and appreciates all forms of dance, tap will always be her favorite.
Dacia Biletnikoff was born and raised in California, USA. She started her formal training for 5 years under Theodore Constant, in Classical Ballet, and Jen Bradford, in Modern dance techniques. Upon deciding to focus on Modern dance, she attended London Contemporary Dance School, The Place. For three years she studied to receive her Bachelors of Arts in Contemporary Dance with First Class Honours. During her time at The Place, she studied under dancers and choreographers from Random Dance Company, Batsheva Dance Company, DV8 Physical Theatre, Scottish dance Theatre, and the Merce Cunningham Dance Company. After graduation she continued choreography and performance in Bologna, Italy at Leggere Strutture, directed by Brigel Gjoka. Here she studied with dancers from the William Forsythe Company and Wim Vandekeybus/ Ultima Vez. From there, she accepted an apprenticeship with Carabdanza in Madrid, Spain where she worked and performed for eight months. Currently, Dacia is a company member with Ballet Novita performing throughout California. She also works as a faculty member at both Precision Dance Center and Northern California Dance Conservatory. Dacia enjoys passing on her experiences through teaching and is excited to be doing what she is passionate for.
Macy has been dancing for 12 years with training in jazz, tap, ballet, theater, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, classic ballroom, and Latin ballroom. She trained with Bea Swearingen and Rita Matthews for 4years at KM Dance Arts studio, where she competed with the Senior Dance Company, then moved on to various other dance studios, including Precision Dance Center. She furthered her dance training by attending several Master Classes and workshops in the local area, including SADA workshops and DEA Conventions. Macy started teaching 8years ago at Premiere Dance in Rancho Cordova and fell in love with it right away. She has taught all ages in a variety of styles, including jazz, lyrical, musical theater, ballet, and tap. Macy previously earned a special Choreography Award at a DEA competition for a lyrical solo she taught that also won 2nd place overall. Macy has been teaching at Precision Dance Center for the past 3 years, and is the director of our Musical Theater and Junior Lyrical Competition teams. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge with her students at PDC.

Lauren has been dancing since the age of three and shestarted competing at age four. Inaddition to competitive dancing, Lauren also pursued competitive gymnastics aswell as competitive cheerleading, both of which she did for five years. Lauren began dancing atPrecision Dance Center in eighth grade, where she also began teaching severalclasses, including our youngest competition team. She attended Roseville High School, danced in their well-known dance program, choreographed for variousshows, and danced on the RHS dance team. Lauren graduated in December 2013 from SanFrancisco State University where she earned a B.A. in Liberal Studies with anemphasis in Elementary Education and a Minor in Dance. While at SFSU, Lauren was very active in the dance community, including being selected as one of 5 new members of the pre-professionaldance company at SFSU, University Dance Theatre. As a member of UDT, Laurendanced in additional shows across the Bay Area, received additional advancedtraining, and attended the American College Dance Festival Association RegionalConference in Southern California. Additionally, Lauren served as the presidentof the Student Dance Alliance where she put on showcases and fundraisers forthe dance department at SFSU. Lauren hasalso worked for Radio Disney as a dancer and a lead emcee for 5 years. Duringher time at SFSU she worked as an emcee for Radio Disney Bay Area where shehosted local events featuring Radio Disney artists like Arianna Grande andDisney Channel stars like Raini Rodriguez, Caroline Sunshine, and Shane Harper.Lauren is excited to be back at PDC and to apply all she learned at thecollegiate level to her teaching at the studio!
Kristen has 16 years of dance experience specializing in tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, and hip hop. She was actively involved with competition teams for 7 years getting the opportunity to perform at Sacramento Kings games, local parades, Great America, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, and Disneyland. Kristen trained at Cast and Company Dance Alliance, Precision Dance Center, various Master Classes and Workshops, and also served as the captain of her dance team at Center High School. Since graduation, she has been invited back to Center High School several times to choreograph routines and help coach the dance team. Kristen recently graduated from American River College with a degree in American Sign Language, and she will be continuing her ASL education at Sacramento State in the fall. Kristen has been teaching at Precision Dance Center for the past 3 years, taking on more classes and responsibilities each year. She has done a wonderful job teaching all of her classes, and she is a very dependable, caring, and committed member of our teaching staff. This year, Kristen will be directing 5 of our competition teams, as well as teaching several regular classes. She is very excited to share her love of dance with young, eager students.
Stacie Fisher started her dancing career at age 4 on Long Island, New York. With extensive training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Lyrical, Stacie also danced competitively for 8 years. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Psychology major and Dance minor. She furthered her education and earned her Master's degree in Professional School Counseling at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. While going to school, Stacie continued to dance professionally as well as teach at various dance studios in the Orlando area. Stacie has owned a dance academy for 3 years and helped her students reach exponential heights. Stacie moved to the Roseville area one year ago, and she spent the last year teaching and directing competition lyrical teams at other local studios, including Dance 10 and Ovations Dance Studio, as well as coaching the dance team at El Camino High School. At PDC, Stacie will be teaching our Petite, Senior, and Elite Lyrical Competition teams, as well as regular lyrical, technique, and stretch and conditioning classes. Stacie is looking forward to bringing her love of dance to Precision Dance Center!
Katy began her extensive ballet training in 1991 and completed all graded examinations under the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus by 2001. Katy furthered her ballet training in college and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ballet Performance from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. While at the University of Utah, Katy trained in ballet technique, pointe, partnering, variations, and character dance and also went through an extensive Dance Teacher Training program. She also performed in semi-annual student choreographed Ballet Showcase productions and annual faculty choreographed Ballet Ensemble productions. After earning her undergraduate degree, Katy moved to New York City to pursue a Master’s degree in Education with a Specialization in General Childhood Education, Grades 1-6, from the Bank Street College of Education in New York City. Katy spent the last five years working as a Head Teacher for grades K-2at a Public School in New York City. While in New York City, Katy performed as a soloist in the Nutcracker Ballet at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Katy just moved to the Sacramento area this summer, and will be teaching at the Merryhill School in Roseville this fall. She is looking forward to sharing her dance knowledge with her students at PDC.
Chanelle Newcomer is another new addition to our teaching staff this year. Chanelle's extensive dance background includes training in Southern California at the Jimmy DeFore Dance Center in Costa Mesa, the Colony of Performing Arts in Garden Grove, and the Southland Ballet Academy in Huntington Beach. Chanelle has also choreographed competition routines for high school dance teams and individual performances. She is currently majoring in Dance at Sacramento State, and she previiouSly studied Dance at Cal State Fullerton as well. Chanelle's expertise lies in classical ballet technique, and she served as the Teaching Assistant for Nolan T'Sani (Ballet) and Lisa Ross (Jazz) as Sacramento State last year. We are very lucky that Chanelle will be teaching our Ballet classes this year, and she is also bringing a new dance style to PDC, Contemporary, which uses a fusion of jazz and ballet styles and expresses emotion and music through free and flowing movement and performance.
